Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping
We dispatch the package within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. The orders are shipped from Pune, India. Mostly domestic orders are delivered within 8 business days of dispatch. Shipping charges must be paid by the customer, based on your location while placing the order.

International Shipping
Along with our domestic orders, every international order is shipped out in 2-3 business days after it is placed. From there, its ETA varies based on your location. Mostly the orders are delivered within 12 business days of dispatch.

Shipping to certain countries such as Canada, USA, UK, and Australia may require additional taxes, customs fees, and/or duties upon import. These charges must be paid before receiving your package. Please note that all associated fees and delays are the responsibility of the customer.

If you ever have any concerns about your package not arriving on time, simply email us at artkurryshop@gmail.com and we will provide you with a tracking number to easily locate your parcel.
