Returns and Exchange Policy
We do not have a return or exchange policy. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours. Any refused shipments sent back to Artkurry do not constitute the right to a refund or credit.

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email artkurryshop@gmail.com within 48 hrs. We will try to accommodate your request but please understand that our order and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Any Sale items are NOT eligible for return/exchange.
